I can't believe it has been six months since this little buddy was
born! He has grown up so much and this month has learned to get around -
by rolling of course! :) He only rolls to his left side though, so
pretty much always gets stuck somewhere like around a chair, up
against our beanbags or against a wall. It is pretty funny where he
ends up and every time I turn around he disappears. It is a fun hide and
seek game- luckily for me he can't get too far yet 
!

March marked our first official family vacation. We went to the
Oregon Coast with some good friends of ours. We were so excited to go
to the beach and build a sandcastle, but as you might know, the Oregon
Coast at this time of year is a little bit cold and rainy. We got to
the beach and had a pretty short walk, but we enjoyed our time anyway.
Matthew did get his first experience at swimming(not in the ocean but a
pool), and really liked it. We had a good time.
This month Matthew has also gotten a lot better at sitting on his
own, rolling, making lots of noises (gurgles yells hollers whatever you
want to call it) and loves to laugh. He has found his toes and is
pretty good at eating them too. Most of the time, I just laugh at the
funny things he does and how interested he is in everything. It all
must taste good too because no matter what you give him, he eats it....
